Second Border On!
My DH is somewhere behind that quilt, LOL...it is harder and harder to photograph it now, as it is so big!
I have started on the next border and hope to plow ahead. I don't think I'll be getting out my sewing machine for new projects for a while, so I hope my blog doesn't become too boring, but with the move and a self-imposed deadline to finish my DJ top by the end of October, I will be focusing on hand work on the DJ and the crazy quilt round robin. I want to really make sure that the sewing room/office turns out great, so it will be the last room to be tackled as we mull over furniture and layout...
Thanks for the lovely comments about one of my two cutie pies. Hey Shelina, she wasn't cold, LOL, just a little windswept up there on the hilltop!! Weather is still quite nice here for the moment!

way to keep at that resolution to finish your DJ...and I agree, your daughter is adorable looking!
A masterpiece like your DJ isn't created in a day... never fear that your blog will get boring... we will still be here as you stitch along!
Cheers!
Evelyn
Your Dear Jane is beautiful, beautiful. It is in no way boring and you can show pictures of each block as you get them done - I won't mind at all.
Your Dear Jane is just remarkable! We won't get bored, don't worry!
Oh, my!!! What a beauty! I have long admired those DJs but don't know if I would have the perseverance to actually complete one. Congrats to you for sticking with it!!!!
Your DJ quilt is coming together beautifully. Good going :-)
Hope your DH doesn't complain about holding the quilts like mine does. The quilt is moving along very well especially when you have as much going on as you have had!
Your DJ is wonderful - if you're ever short of things to post I'd happily look at individual DJ blocks as they are done until the cows come home - love your previous most - what a little mischief and the view is awesome
* oops sorry should read previous post not most :o)
Your Dear Jane is amazing. Such patience in the intricate block shows.
wow, that looks amazing!
With each new picture of your DJ I just smile and smile, it is so very beautiful and certainly something to be very proud of.
That quilt is so pretty. Every time I see one, it makes me want to make it but I don't think I have the patience.
Can't wait to see it finished!

you are really going to town on the DJ girlfriend! Puts a lot of us DJ'ers to shame. Okay, me in particular! I don't know how you do it, with a move, being a mom, etc. It must be your sanity saver! It's looking good--ps..your daughter is a cutie! Made me smile just looking at her picture.
WAAAH! Bloglines isn't updating me on your posts!
Your DJ is so incredibly beautiful. You will absolutely not bore us by giving us your step by step progress. In fact, you might even motivate me to make somemore blocks.
your DJ quilt is beautiful. I don't know if i would have the patience to work on all those blocks.
Ohhh Cathi, it's just wonderful. You're really on the home stretch now.
*huge hugs*
